Title: Velveeta Cheese Salad

Yield: 3 Servings

2cVelveeta cheese, cubed
2cPineapple, save the juice
1/2cChopped nuts
1cMiniature marshmallows
1tbButter
1/2cSugar
2tbFlour
1 Egg

Mix together the cheese cubes, pineapple chunks, chopped nuts and marshmallows. In a saucepan, melt the butter; add sugar, flour and 1 cup pineapple juice, adding enough lemon juice to equal 1 cup. Cook sauce slightly to a boil. Gradually add the egg which has been well beaten. The sauce should thicken. Let sauce cool completely before pouring over cheese mixture. Randy Rigg
